The Ham of the Year for the Wyoming Section was announced at the annual Hamfest in Casper.  Last year's HOTY, Bob Meyer, W7BLM presented the award to Mark Knittle, NG7T.  

Mark holds an Extra Class license and calls the Sunday ARES/RACES net.
