7th Area QSO
The third 7th Call Area QSO Party (7QP) will be conducted on May 3-4, 2008.
This party will take place on HF bands both phone and CW modes. Operating format
for the party is simple: 7QP stations exchange state and county
information with the state, province or DX information of contacted stations.
Volunteers from the 8 seventh call area states have established rules for this

As state captain, my objective is to inform and encourage the participation of
all Wyoming hams in this event. My goal is to have stations operating from all

Wyoming counties during the weekend.
I am asking you to help me achieve this goal. I encourage individuals and
Wyoming ARRL affiliated clubs to promote and make efforts to participate in this
QSO party. How about making this a major event for your club.
Wyoming hams could support this party by operating from their individual home
stations, from club stations, from field day type locations or from mobile
stations.
Stations camped or operating from a vehicle located on county lines could pass
out multiple county multipliers with a single contact.
